Contact

Email help@woiii.me. Include a short description, the client you used, and the steps that produced the problem. You can also use GitHub Issues for reproducible public bugs or Discussions for questions and ideas.

Do not send secrets

Never send a password, Discogs personal access token, OAuth token, client secret, API key, MFA or one-time code, private collection export, or another person's personal data. Redact usernames, release notes, and screenshots when they are not necessary to diagnose the issue.

Connection and sign-in help

  1. Confirm that your client is using the MCP URL shown in the connect guide.
  2. Retry the connection and complete the Discogs authorization page in the same browser session.
  3. Check that the Discogs account can access the collection or wantlist involved.
  4. Remove the existing connector and reconnect if the authorization has expired or was revoked.

Results and limitations

DIG is read-only. It cannot buy records, contact sellers, change a collection or wantlist, or submit ratings. Pressing scores are derived from available Discogs catalogue, community, marketplace, and mastering evidence; they are not laboratory measurements of audio quality. Catalogue and marketplace information can be incomplete, user-supplied, delayed, or changed after a result is returned.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another applicable privacy request, email help@woiii.me with “Privacy request” in the subject. Review the Privacy policy for the data categories, recipients, retention, and available controls.

Security reports

Report a suspected credential exposure, authorization bypass, or private data disclosure privately by email before opening a public issue. Do not exploit the issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it, access another user's account, or include live credentials in the report.

Response expectations

WOIII.me is an independent open-source project, not a staffed emergency service. We will review messages as availability permits. For an urgent account-security concern, revoke DIG under Discogs Applications and remove the connector from your AI client immediately.
