Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DIG for Discogs, including its MCP server, REST API, browser extension, and supported AI-assistant integrations. DIG is provided by WOIII.me.
Effective and last updated: 25 July 2026
Accepting these terms
By connecting to or using DIG, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use DIG and revoke or remove any existing connection. You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the age requirements of Discogs, your AI provider, and other services you use with DIG.
What DIG provides
DIG is a read-only tool for searching and analyzing Discogs catalogue, collection, wantlist, community, and related permitted data. It can compare pressings, summarize a collection, and produce evidence-based recommendations. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable.
Your accounts and authorization
You are responsible for the accounts and clients you connect, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity authorized through your connection. Do not share tokens or attempt to connect an account you do not control. You can revoke DIG from Discogs and remove it from your AI client at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not use DIG to:
- access private or restricted data without authorization;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, or technical safeguards;
- scrape, bulk-export, resell, or build an unauthorized database from returned data;
- send malware, probe other users, interfere with the service, or expose credentials;
- violate applicable law or the terms and policies of Discogs, OpenAI, another AI provider, or another connected service.
Third-party services and content
DIG depends on Discogs, Cloudflare, your selected AI provider, and other software or network services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. Discogs data can be incomplete, user-contributed, delayed, or inaccurate. Marketplace values and availability can change at any time. Links and references do not imply an endorsement.
No purchases or professional advice
DIG does not buy or sell records, contact sellers, execute payments, or guarantee condition, authenticity, value, investment performance, or sound quality. Rankings and recommendations are informational estimates based on available evidence, not financial, appraisal, legal, or other professional advice. Verify important information before acting.
Open-source software
Source code made available through the DIG repository is licensed under the license stated in that repository. That software license does not replace these terms for the hosted service or grant rights in third-party data, names, or trademarks.
Availability and changes
DIG is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with third-party requirements, maintain security, or operate the service. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DIG is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WOIII.me is not responsible for decisions, purchases, losses, or third-party actions based on DIG output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, third-party requirements, or a material violation of these terms. You may stop using DIG at any time by revoking and removing its connections.
Discogs relationship
DIG for Discogs is an independent WOIII.me project. This application uses Discogs' API but is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Discogs. “Discogs” is a trademark of Zink Media, LLC.
